1. RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Reservation of accommodation offered in www.thehatmadrid.com is done by selecting the chosen accommodation, once the selection procedure book, proceeding to the completion of personal data and the payment of the reservation will continue.
The acceptance of the reservation implies that you consent to the processing of personal data, including data from the credit card for the sole purpose of booking.

2. PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

10. ROOM TYPES
Our establishment has bunk beds and elevated beds in some of our rooms. This circumstance must be considered while staying with us, as well as the danger this may entail. So the client accepts it, thus rejecting any legal action against The Hat Madrid in the event of an accident.
